Design & Project

At Leicil, we deal daily with thousands of colors and yarns in the manufacture of our customers’ knitwear. We produce high quality men’s, women’s and children’s clothing at a very competitive price due to a unique combination of planning, execution and flexibility. More than forty years of experience allow us to design, produce, test and deliver products of the highest quality in the national and international markets.

Fibers & Yarns

We work with all kinds of circular knits, of which we highlight Cotton, Supima, Pima, Organic, PG PGM, Viscose, Lyocel, Flax, Wool, Rayon, Polyester among many others. Our production system includes, among others, the embroideries, stamped to the piece or the meter, transfers, washes, dyes to the piece. We have a CAD / CAM system to design strictly controlled sample parts to meet customer specifications. Initial samples and / or production samples are included.

Cutting & Manufacture

Leicil’s productive system is based upon modern and sophisticated technology, thus allowing to comply in full with the most rigorous specifications, with efficiency and in the desired time. From Modeling to Cutting, through Confection and Packaging to the final shipment, we keep a constant attention to all the details of the process.

Quality Control

We manufacture products that meet the highest technical specifications of our customers, selecting the best raw materials and the most efficient working processes. Our production system is monitored in all its phases by a team of professionals with technical skills, from the receipt of the order to the final shipment.
